"Pin31" is located in Sukhumvit 31 and an upcoming cocktail bar
where we can experience the art visual technology and exquisite
cocktails.
The bar program is overseen by the industry expert with over a decade of hospitality experience, Christopher Menning. His tenor includes Luxury Hotels and Michelin Star restaurants in the UK and running his own food & drink publication. He is an avid writer and also hosts the popular drinks trade podcast 'On The Back Bar'. Chris has a unique inside view of how the cocktail world works having had in depth conversations with the world's best bartenders, bar operators and producers and visiting many distilleries and vineyards.
Now he is ready to take on the new project at Pin 31, to develop alongside his team a world class menu that focuses on sourcing the best local and national produce of Thailand working closely with artisan suppliers and techniques that maximises the use of each ingredient, being sure to be sustainable and use every part along the way.

PIN31 บาร์ที่มาในคอนเซ็ปต์ Art Gallery ด้วยเทคนิคการฉายภาพประเทศต่างๆ รอบโลกบนผนัง เราจะได้บินไปเที่ยวประเทศนั้นๆ 21 วัน หรือ 3 วีค หลังจากนั้นจะสลับสับเปลี่ยนไปเรื่อยๆ เพลงที่เปิดในแต่ละวันก็จะเป็นเพลงตามธีมประเทศนั้น (วันที่แอดไปเป็นธีมญี่ปุ่นล่ะ) ถึงปี 64 โควิดยังอยู่ แต่เราจะได้เที่ยวถึง 17 ประเทศเลยนะ! นั่งจิบเครื่องดื่มและชมภาพบรรยากาศ ถ่ายรูปได้เพลินๆ หาไม่ได้ที่ไหนแล้ว
แค่ทางเดินเข้าร้านก็ว้าวแล้ว เปิดประตูเข้าไปจะเจอสีแดงรายล้อม รอให้เราเดินเข้าไปในร้าน น่าตื่นเต้นมากเวอร์
TRICK : แนะนำให้ใส่เสื้อไม่มีลาย เพื่อที่จะถ่ายรูปได้สวยๆ (Specially สีขาว)
บรรยากาศดีมากๆ ถ่ายรูปสนุก แนะนำให้มาตอนร้านเปิดแรกๆ คนยังไม่เยอะ เดินชิลล์ได้ทุกที่
เฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่นี่ถูกออกแบบด้วยตัวเจ้าของร้านชาวเกาหลี และสั่งทำจากประเทศจีน อิมพอร์ตมาจากที่นั่นเลย!
ถ้าเปิดดูเมนูเครื่องดื่มของทางร้านก็คงเลือกไม่ถูกเลย แต่ไม่ต้องห่วงเพราะบาร์เทนเดอร์ที่นี่ยินดีแนะนำแก้วที่เหมาะกับเธอที่สุด ใครที่ชอบรสหวาน เปรี้ยว เค็ม หรือครีมมี่ ก็สามารถเลือกได้ตามใจชอบ แอดให้ทุกคนลองเมนู Signature อย่าง Fig, Jackfruit, Pineapple ทุกแก้วในร้านราคา 380.- เท่านั้น
Fig ส่วนผสมคือ Beefeater Gin, Fig Liquer, Fig Jam, Lemon Juice และ Egg White
Pineapple ส่วนผสมคือ Beefeater Gin, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice และ Cinnamon Meringue
Jackfriut ส่วนผสมคือ Ocho Tequila, Jun, Lemon Junice, Orange Bitters และ Jackfriut
และยังมีเมนูอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย พลิกหน้าดูจะเห็นว่ามีทั้งหมวด Classic Reimagined อย่าง Sesame Martinin หรือ Tropical Sour, Thai Street Food Series อย่าง Tom Yum หรือ Khanom Thuai เป็นวัตถุดิบจากไทยแท้ๆ ที่นำมาผสมผสานให้กลายเป็นเครื่องดื่มสุดพิเศษ, PIN31 Signatures อย่าง Honey หรือ Mulberry, Mocktail อย่าง Coffee หรือ Ginger แนะนำว่ามาแต่ละครั้งต้องลองสั่งหมวดที่แตกต่างกันไป เพื่อลิ้มลองรสชาติที่ไม่เหมือนใครได้ครบ
